"Osmokot" - fertilizer of the prolonged action. Application, photos, reviews, instructions

Long-acting fertilizers "Bazakot Plus" (Basacote Plus) are complex granular fertilizers with controlled release of nutrients with a validity period of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

Fertilizers "Bazakot" contain all the nutrients necessary for healthy plant growth. When using fertilizer "Bazakot" no additional top dressing is required.

The principle of the fertilizer

Granular fertilizer is based on the principle of precise placement of nutrients under a layer of polymer shell. The elastic membrane of the capsule retains its properties throughout the entire working period: the shell is not damaged by mechanical action on the soil or a decrease in temperature (it withstands temperatures below minus 20 degrees).

The shell consists of an elastic polymer that breaks down slowly in the soil and guarantees the availability of substances depending on the needs of the plants. Each granule of "Bazakot" contains all the nutrients, which gives a uniform distribution of fertilizer in the substrate. All necessary nutrients and trace elements (B, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Zn) are placed directly under the shell layer of each granule.

controlled release

Each plant has its own growing season. Therefore, you can buy fertilizer in 4 versions - with a duration of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

The release of nutrients depends on soil temperature. Fertilizer of the prolonged action "Bazakot" guarantees controlled allocation for all climatic zones. The release of nutrients from the fertilizer granule meets the requirements of the plants during their growing season. The action of "Bazakot" begins at temperatures above 0 degrees Celsius. The higher the soil temperature, the faster the plant will develop, and the release of nutrients from the "Bazakot" granule will also be faster. Thus, you will get the programmed effect of feeding your plants. The level of soil acidity, the content of salts and microorganisms in it do not affect the release of nutrients from the granule "Bazakota"

Types and periods of release of nutrients

Application rates

The amount of fertilizer applied depends on the type of fertilizer and the nutrient requirements of the plant. You will find the application rates for each "Bazakot" fertilizer on the page with its description.

When preparing a large volume of substrate, the recommended dose is 2.8 kg per 1 m³. Also in the assortment there is a fertilizer for potted crops - Basacote Tabs, the granules of which are collected in convenient tablet cones. One such cone weighs 7.5 grams.

This is done for the convenience of those who grow plants in pots and containers. 1 cone (tablet) is the optimal dose for 1 2L pot. For a 3 liter container. - the norm is 2 tablets, for 4.5 liters. - 3 fertilizer tablets. Validity - 6 months.

Safe for plants and the environment

"Bazakot" (Basacote®) - safe complex fertilizer for optimal and uniform plant development. Even when the roots come into contact with a fertilizer granule, the plant does not get burned.

Fertilizer "Bazakot" is harmless to environment due to minimal leaching. Since the fertilizer is in granules, it remains available to the plants for a long period.

Other fertilizers do not give such an effect. Most of them immediately go into the soil - this excludes the stable absorption of macro- and microelements by plants. Such fertilizers pollute the environment to a greater extent. Fertilizer of the prolonged action "Bazakot" does not cause salinity of the soil.

The shell of the "Bazakot" fertilizer granule not only provides a controlled release of nutrients, but also allows the granules to be in direct contact with the roots of the plant. Some time after fertilizing, you may notice how the roots wrap around the fertilizer granules, and this does not cause burns or other damage to them.

In addition, the doses of Bazakot long-acting fertilizer are lower than those of instant-acting fertilizers, which makes their application faster and safer.

The polymer shell for granules is also manufactured at the high-tech plant "Kompo". This gives a guarantee of quality control at all stages of production. You don't have to worry about nutritional releases varying from batch to batch. Fertilizers "Bazakot" will provide reliable top dressing every year.

Package

You can buy fertilizers in 25 kg and 15 kg packages for Bazakot Mini. Packaging - a dense three-layer bag (film-foil-film), which guarantees the protection of the fertilizer from external influences. "Bazakot Tabs" (Basacote Tabs) and "Bazakot Mini" are packed in convenient plastic containers.

  • Prolonged nutrition of the roots. Does not over-salt the soil.
  • Contains all the essential and important minerals to ensure healthy growth for one year.

Purpose:

The fertilizer is intended for application as the main fertilizer to the soil and plant nutrition throughout the growing season. Dissolution of fertilizers occurs gradually throughout the growing season, unlike traditional fertilizers, which immediately dissolve and are washed out of the soil.

Mass fraction of nutrients:

Total nitrogen, N 5.0;

Total phosphorus in terms of Р2О5 8.0;

Total potassium in terms of K2O 4.0; pH 5.0-7.0.

Submission deadline: Fertilize once a year, in autumn or spring.

Mode of application:

drive in required amount(according to the table) fertilizer pegs into moist soil over the entire area of the near-stem circle, focusing on the area of the crown, using a wooden mallet (with medium-strength blows), in accordance with the recommended doses as the main fertilizer in spring and autumn.

On poor soils, fertilizer doses should be increased by 25-30%.

When feeding during the growing season, reduce the dose by 50%.

We fertilize correctly: fruit trees

Apple, pear, cherry.

During the season, fruit trees consume a huge amount of nutrients that come from the soil in the form of aqueous solutions. The stock just needs to be replenished, otherwise the next harvest will be scarce. But the right process fertilization for fruit trees such as apple, pear, cherry is very time consuming.

Many gardeners try to make top dressing in a lightweight form, simply by scattering the calculated amount of fertilizer around the near-trunk circle of a tree, which is extremely inefficient.

With surface application, fruit crops do not absorb phosphorus and potash fertilizers. It is usually recommended to use grooves, annular grooves with an average application depth of 20 cm, or scatter fertilizer around the trunk circle, and then dig up about half the shovel bayonet.

When digging the trunk circle, there is a risk of damaging the lateral roots of the fruit tree.

Complicated? Is it time consuming? Some amateur gardeners, for these reasons, refuse to fertilize, thereby impoverishing crops, as well as violating the development of the orchard, its quality. And in vain!

AT last years the method of applying root dressings with the help of specialized fertilizer-pegs is rapidly gaining momentum.

Fertilizers-pegs have a significant advantage in terms of speed of application, labor intensity, and also surpass traditional bulk fertilizers in terms of the quality of nutrition of the root system.

The shape resembles pegs, a little more than ten centimeters long. Fertilizers are convenient, first of all - by the method for making. It is enough to drive the peg fertilizer into the soil, and it starts working from the first minutes, delivering nutrients directly to the root system of the fruit tree.

In this case, the fertilizer reaches the correct depth of the root system. Inserts easily and conveniently.

One of these peg fertilizers for fruit trees is the ROCKET fertilizer.

This is a complex mineral fertilizer containing all the main nutrients NPK (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium).

Fertilizer pegs are remarkable not only for ease of application. These are fertilizers from the class of prolonged fertilizers. The dissolution of the fertilizer occurs gradually, the peg is slowly collapsing, layer by layer gives off nutrients, dosed. For several months of the growing season.

Mode of application:

Drive a few fertilizer pegs into the moistened soil over the entire area of the near-stem circle, focusing on the crown area, using a wooden mallet, in accordance with the recommended doses, as the main fertilizer in spring and autumn. The number of "ROCKET" fertilizer pegs for each crop is determined by the calculation table (on the back of the box).

It should be remembered that when applying traditional bulk fertilizers, fruit trees experience stress associated with the “oversalting” of the soil. At this moment, the intensity of water absorption by the roots of plants decreases due to the high concentration of salts, the absorption of water by the roots can almost completely stop.

The use of "ROCKET" fertilizers eliminates both the "oversalting" of the soil and the burn of the roots. The concentration of nutrient salts is even throughout the dissolution time of the fertilizer peg.

Many gardeners know what an ovary reset looks like, they have encountered an unpleasant situation when fruit trees bloom well, start well, and the next day the entire ovary is already under the tree. This is because at this point, the tree determines how many fruits it can bring to maturity, based on how it is fed. At this point, both a lack and an excess of fertilizers are harmful to the tree. If the right amount of nutrients is present in the soil at this point, the fruits will be noticeably larger.

Fertilizer pegs "ROCKET" will perfectly allow you to maintain a balance of nutrients in this case.

It is known that plants assimilate only 30% of the applied traditional mineral fertilizers. The rest of the fertilizer dissolves quickly, is quickly washed out, destroys the soil structure, pollutes the surface and ground water.

Slowly soluble fertilizer pegs "ROCKET" have a beneficial effect on plants and soil fertility. They keep groundwater clean, which means the ecology of the green world around us.

Description: Solid briquettes - fertilizer pegs, weighing 100g. In one package: 5pcs. Package weight: 500g.

The efficient use of mineral fertilizers is becoming an important issue for modern agriculture. Farmers are increasingly opting for long-acting fertilizers. According to Markets and Markets, the global extended-release fertilizer market is growing by 7% annually and will reach $19.89 billion by 2020.

For "advanced" agricultural business

Long-acting fertilizers, like stabilized fertilizers, have become part of the “advanced” agribusiness in recent years. They are actively used in the cultivation of fruit and vegetable crops in closed and open ground, as well as in innovative systems agriculture, for example, no-till technology, when it is necessary to apply a large amount of fertilizer at one time.

Farmers note their high efficiency combined with minimal loss of elements, reduced risk of environmental pollution, ease of use, lower application costs. For the time being, the higher price compared to traditional fertilizers, storage restrictions, as well as the dominance of traditional fertilizers on the market and subsidizing their purchases, remain constraining factors. But this situation is already changing, as is the level of awareness of farmers about their benefits.

In 2018, North American countries, primarily the United States, accounted for the largest market share for sustained-release fertilizers. Developing countries such as China, India, and Japan, according to experts, will show the greatest growth in this market in the coming years. Increased use of sustained-release fertilizers by farmers in developing countries will be driven by population growth and increased environmental regulations. Europe also has a well-developed distribution network for long-acting fertilizers.

Canola Oil for Controlled Fertilization

One of the recent discoveries in the field of creating new types of fertilizers with a prolonged action was made by scientists from Australia and the UK. They have succeeded in creating a new controlled-release fertilizer by embedding them in a polymer made from sulfur and recycled canola oil.

By combining sulfur and canola oil in a reaction called reverse vulcanization, the team of Justin Flinders at Flinders University found that a polymer matrix can encapsulate nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus nutrients to produce controlled release fertilizers. Water penetrating through the pores and channels in the polymer matrix dissolves and releases the nutrients inside. By adjusting parameters such as polymer particle size and nutrient concentration, the researchers found that they could control the release rate of nutrients. The polymer itself also releases sulfur, another important plant nutrient. To demonstrate the effectiveness of their slow release fertilizer, the team used it to grow healthy tomato plants. The new fertilizer has been successfully tested.

According to experts, a fertilizer based on processed canola oil and sulfur has another important advantage: key products for production have so far been, in fact, waste. Canola oil is made from food waste, and sulfur is a by-product of oil refining.

According to David Metzerrey, vice director of the Basque Center for Macromolecular Design and Engineering (Spain), sulfur polymers were previously used only in energy and optics. The creation of such fertilizers opens up new opportunities for the development and application of sulfur polymers in agriculture.

Biodegradable tablets from Siberia

An interesting and promising solution in the field of long-acting fertilizers was proposed by Russian scientists from the Siberian Federal University and the Krasnoyarsk Scientific Center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The Russian development using biodegradable materials provides plants with stable top dressing for several months.

According to Tatiana Volova, Professor of the Siberian Federal University, Head of the Laboratory of the Institute of Biophysics of the KSC SB RAS, the development of new generation preparations using biodegradable materials that decompose under the influence of microflora and provide a gradual release of the active principle into the soil is the latest direction of research in the field of agriculture. .

First of all, this concerns nitrogen, one of the main elements, which is often not enough for the growth and development of plants. There is usually little nitrogen available to plants in the soil. Moreover, its compounds are chemically very mobile and are easily washed out of the soil. In this regard, the problem arises of developing such forms of nitrogen fertilizers that provide a slow release of nitrogen and the constancy of its concentration in the soil.

The key to creating such sustained-release formulations is the availability of a safe and biodegradable material. Siberian scientists have developed a technology for the synthesis of biodegradable polyesters of microbiological origin. Previously, such polyesters were used as a material for biomedical products.

Siberian researchers used a biodegradable polymer called poly-3-hydroxybutyrate (P3HB) to create the slow-degrading structures. The scientists mixed the biopolymer powder with wood flour and ammonium nitrate. The resulting mass was pressed into tablets and used in experiments with wheat. Several plant nutrition options have been tested. Wheat was grown without fertilizers, with the addition of pure ammonium nitrate, using compressed tablets and tablets additionally coated with a biopolymer film layer. best results was achieved when applying fertilizer packaged in double protection, when the tablet core, including fertilizer and P3GB (and in some cases wood flour) was covered with a polymer film. In this case, due to the slow decomposition of the film and the tablet itself, the fertilizer entered the soil at a relatively stable rate for two months. The biomass of wheat in the experiment with complexly packed fertilizer was also the highest and was almost a quarter higher than the biomass of wheat grown with the addition of conventional fertilizer.

“Such designs have two obvious advantages. Firstly, after a single application of granules, the plant is provided with fertilizer for several months, which eliminates the need for additional nutritional supplements. Secondly, there is no pollution of the soil, ground and surface water excess nitrogen compounds. The created matrices will be used as a prototype of agricultural preparations with a controlled release time of fertilizers,” explained Anatoly Boyandin, one of the authors of the study, a researcher at the Institute of Biophysics of the KSC SB RAS, candidate of biological sciences.

Promising market

Almost all major players in the global fertilizer production market already have in their portfolio or will introduce long-acting fertilizers in the near future. Russian manufacturers also mastered the production of innovative fertilizers for different crops. Agronomists who have experience with long-acting fertilizers recommend taking into account local factors when choosing a particular product. climatic conditions primarily temperature and humidity. The release of batteries at high temperatures occurs in a shorter period of time. And since the nutrients are released faster, the fertilizer application rate must be reduced. In cold climates, the release of nutrients occurs over a longer period of time, which means that the fertilizer application rate must be increased.

Dear novice farmers, entrepreneurs, owners of new greenhouses and nurseries, large and small!

Thinking about Hydroponics? - Great choice!!! - but only if you have a lot of money and if you don't care what taste your vegetables, fruits and berries will have.

If you decide to start your own farming business and produce natural, environmentally friendly products, but you do not have enough funds, then you have a real opportunity to save on expensive hydroponics equipment (component mixers, solution dispensers, pumps ...) and electricity. At the same time, significantly facilitate their work and ensure consistently high yields.

It does not require anything other than watering with plain water.

Completely eliminates human contact with fertilizer.

How to make your work easier - with Apion, plants need only watering (read); - You get the harvest two weeks earlier - always of high quality (read); - You grow developed and resistant plants and flowers (read), - You save your time, money and other resources (read) - You do not litter the soil with excess fertilizer, moreover, you ennoble it (read). - Read more on Wikipedia The only operation you need to do is to lay the Apiones in the root zone of the growing plant or when planting it, and then just water and carry out the usual care. APION will do the rest for you, while ensuring high productivity and quality. - Contact of people with fertilizers is excluded (read more) If you feel that the cultivation technology that you used before does not bring the desired result and does not make your work easier, then you can switch to APIONA at ANY TIME, even if it is the middle of the season. With normal watering, the result will be noticeable in two to three weeks. Be careful! APION - package - DO NOT OPEN!!! APION contains all the main macro-/micro-elements and humates. Apion is placed in a hole near a growing plant or under a root ball when planting seedlings, then only watering is needed (better - drip) and normal care, WITHOUT ADDITIONAL ROOT FEEDING! Allowed foliar top dressing by sheet. In artificial soil mixtures (substrates), we recommend additionally introducing dolomite flour - a source of calcium and magnesium. Only primary filling of the soil with ready-made compost, rotted manure and other fertilizers is allowed. We produce special fertilizer - Apion. This is a long-term fertilizer, with a period of work for various brands from several months to one and a half years. APION accurately and evenly doses the nutrients contained in it throughout the entire period of action, preventing "starvation" or "oversaturation" of the plant and provides optimal conditions nutrition throughout the growing season. APION contains a specially selected complex of macro-elements, micro-elements and growth stimulants, forming a basic nutrition composition with a formula of 18-6-18 by NPK, which is suitable for almost all plants, subject to local application. The use of Apion fertilizer allows you to completely eliminate labor costs for periodic feeding of grown plants, since it implies its single application for a certain period, during which no other actions are required except for watering. With the use of Apion fertilizer, in most cases, no measures are required to protect against diseases, since under the conditions of ideal nutrition that you create with it, the plant is not afraid of either disease or frost, Apion is used both in open ground and in greenhouses or when grown in pots. Nutrients are not carried by irrigation water, as in traditional cultivation technologies, and are not washed off into the lower layers, which eliminates soil poisoning. Instead, a slowly dosed amount of the solution is almost completely absorbed by the plant as it grows and bears fruit. Now many are concerned about the search for environmentally friendly food products, and so the content of harmful substances in fruits grown using APION is one and a half times lower than the established norm - this is easily checked. For beginner greenhouse vegetable growers, APION is a great opportunity to reduce the initial investment in expensive dosing equipment and transfer these costs to operating costs. All you need to organize is a greenhouse, drip irrigation with ordinary water, APIONs and the actual seedlings. Then the general care of the greenhouse and plants - and your greenhouse business is ready! Also, APION is widely used in landscaping and landscaping, as it allows to significantly increase the survival rate of green material and optimize their care. These factors are very important for landscape companies, as they eliminate the need to replace expensive plants at customers, often at their own expense, and also reduce labor costs for periodic excavation associated with plant nutrition. For end customers, these factors are also important, as they help to avoid fuss and waste of money. APION belongs to the class of safe fertilizers, since the APION package is not opened and is placed directly in the shell, which excludes direct contact of a person with fertilizer or solution. This also has a beneficial effect on weed control, since the fertilizer is released only in the area of the root habitat of the plant, but not on the soil surface. The membrane shell of Apion is made of a material that completely decomposes in the ground after a certain time after its completion, which makes this fertilizer also environmentally friendly.
